SHIPPING
The customer's order must be prepared and shipped within 24-48 business hours of receipt. If paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and added to the total price along with the purchased goods.

RETURNS
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide a reason and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following points.
To exercise this right, the customer must send ESTETEAM SRL notice of withdrawal within 14 business days of receiving the goods. This notification must be sent by fax, email (provided it is confirmed within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt), or registered letter addressed to:

THIS NOTICE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Customer's name and surname;
Customer's address;
Reference to the shipping document number;
Wishing to cancel the purchase;
Description of the returned item and the corresponding amount paid.

Upon receipt of the notification, ESTETEAM SRL will send the Customer instructions on how to return the item via email (to the address provided when placing the order).
The goods must be returned intact and complete with all their parts, in their original packaging, stored and used with due diligence, and showing no signs of wear or dirt.
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; withdrawal is not possible for only part of the purchased product.

The purchased item must be returned in normal condition, as received. Therefore, used products showing signs of damage, wear, or dirt, which can therefore no longer be considered intact, will not be accepted.

By law, shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the Customer. Furthermore, delivery costs to the Customer and any other additional costs indicated at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

Shipping is the Customer's sole responsibility until receipt is confirmed in our warehouse.
If the item is damaged during transport, ESTETEAM SRL will notify the Customer of the incident, allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the item (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the Customer at ESTETEAM SRL's warehouse for return, and the return request will be canceled.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging and/or wrapping is damaged, ESTETEAM SRL will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 25% of the refund, to cover repair costs. Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, ESTETEAM SRL will refund the Customer the cost of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs incurred for delivery) as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of receiving the goods at its warehouses. This will be done by reversing the charge to the credit card (if this payment method was initially used) or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details to which the refund will be sent (IBAN).

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS COMPLETELY FORFEITED IN THE EVENT OF THE LACK OF THE ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS OF INTEGRITY OF THE GOODS, IN CASES WHERE ESTETEAM SRL FINDS:

Use of the goods that has compromised their integrity;
The absence of the original external packaging and/or internal packaging;
The absence of integral product components;
Sealed packages/open blister packs;
Damage to the product.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the ESTETEAM SRL headquarters, available for collection by the Customer at their expense.
